ORLANDO, Florida – Marriott Vacations is expanding its presence in Asia with two new resort developments. This strategic move aims to meet the growing demand for vacation ownership in the region.
The new Marriott Vacation Club, Khao Lak Beach Resort is set to open on August 28, 2025. This property will offer 52 modern two-bedroom apartments and access to all the amenities of the nearby JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa.
In Bali, Marriott is launching Marriott’s Enclave at Bali Nusa Dua Terrace, which will provide luxury accommodations with private pools and full kitchens, creating a premium experience for guests. To support this expansion, Marriott is also boosting its Shanghai marketing team by 45 associates to enhance service for regional travelers.
