Oman is poised to make significant strides in renewable energy with the impending launch of the “Imtidad” Community Solar Power Stations Programme. This initiative, spearheaded by the Public Services Regulation Authority (PSRA) in collaboration with licensed electricity companies, aims to broaden public participation in sustainable energy solutions. The innovative model of the programme offers subscribers electricity bill credits from community solar stations integrated into the national grid.
